Coupon code restriction
Certain products cannot be used with promo codes, such as certain batteries, mods, and high-end reconstructable atomizers. Customers can only use one promo code per order. If the customer enters a promo code when an existing promo code has already been applied, the newly entered code overrides the previous code and removes the previous code from the order.
If the customer’s promo code does not apply for any reason, we are not responsible for refunding the undiscounted amount to the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact Customer Service for any problem with the promo code before paying for the order. After placing the order, you (the customer) have agreed to pay the full amount and we will not be able to refund you the amount that is not discounted.
